Since the start of my career Craig has been my coach and go to person. Years later that relationship has matured, and he was there to give guidance and support when most needed. Craig was my mentor with the Gallup Strength program; he helped me navigate through and maximise my strengths and how to dip into them when most needed in my work and personal life.
