Craigs  Top 5 Strengths

Relator

My strength as a ‘Relator’ means I naturally form genuine and mutually rewarding one-to-one relationships that foster trust and confidence. Because I value authentic relationships, I have the ability to create the right environment for team members to form close, honest, and trusting relationships. As a result, teams are more cohesive, communicative, and connected to their cause.

Responsibility

My ‘Responsibility’ means that I take ownership of the things that matter most to me. This psychological ownership of what I commit to helps make me a valuable partner especially when quality is important. I have a deep sense of dedication and feel ownership for my commitments enabling others to trust and relay on me.

Strategic

My ‘Strategic’ Strength enables me to weigh up alternative paths and determine the best way forward. I have the natural ability to anticipate, play out different scenarios and plan ahead making me an agile decision-maker. My ability to see alternatives gives me a persistence that creates confidence.

Adaptability

My ‘Adaptability’ enables me to react immediately and be a positive force for change. I tend to handle the unexpected with poise and calm and not much tends to rattle me. I am flexible and can quickly adjust to unexpected circumstances that may upset or intimidate others. My calm response to chaos reassures others and helps them and myself to respond to what people need.

Maximiser

Being a ‘Maximiser’ makes me strive for excellence and encourage others to do the same. I’m never satisfied with “good enough” and, as a result, I hold myself and others to the highest standards. I am able to identify what each person naturally does best and help empower them to do it, helping to make individuals, and teams better.
